Useless, *********** and unprofessional

Payment was made with credit card on website. Money went off my account and reflects on my statement but is still showing oustanding. I have been sending emails for the past few weeks. The new website is **** and payment options they provide does not work. Getting NO response. I’m giving up. Waiting for attorneys to cantact me.
