USELESS and *****ulent!!!

NEGATIVE rating. I have never used SABC's facilities that require me to have a TV license, so I have never signed up for one. Somehow they have my ID number and have a license linked to me. I have never received a single sms, call or email from SABC until all of a sudden, out of the blue, I get a mail stating i have outstanding fees for 2 years worht of TV license payments that have not been paid. I refuse to pay for something i did not sign up for. PLEASE CLOSE THIS USELESS COMPANY DOWN!!!!!
