Unupdated and untracked payments.

Good morning. I am experiencing problems regarding my TV Licence, I was in areas due to some reasons then contacted by certain attorneys for payment.

I made an arrangements that I will pay it in installments till I finished. I did pay using app but still I am still contacted of being in debt that is raising.

I went to my bank for help on the 02 of July, the consultant from the third attorneys promised to accelerate the matter to SABC TV licenses to track my payment, now I haven't received any response when I call back the consultant she says they will let me know when this is been found. Now its two months of a year long in this matter.

Please help.
