Unresolved Payment Issue and Harassment by SABC TV License

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the SABC TV License department. Despite making my payment on the 19th of July 2024, I continue to receive SMS notifications demanding payment. The most recent message informed me that my account has been handed over to NuDebt for collection.

I have sent multiple emails with my proof of payment, but these have been ignored. This ongoing harassment is unacceptable and has caused me significant stress and inconvenience.

I request immediate action to resolve this issue. Please update your records to reflect my payment and stop any further collection actions.
