Unknown payment for SABC

Hi, I purchased my first tv set in March this year and already my account is with the lawyers, to my knowledge a TV license has to be paid once a year. I have been sending emails for SABC to rectify the mistake yet they claiming I have 2 tv sets when I only have one. Is there anyway this can be resolved because it is messing up with my credit score due to mistakes made by SABC and not me.
