Unfairly handled, poor business

Goodday, as a TV lincence holder, I have always been paying my TV lincence every year. This year due to this pandemic I failed to renew my license since I wasn't working.. I was working full time as a domestic worker but when I started working in Oct I'm only working 2days a week. I phoned and emailed TV board that can I pay them in installments as I can't afford. They sent me emails that I will pay R46 a month from Nov to April. We'll I was looking at paying them monthend. To my surprise today I receive an email that they have handed the case to the the associates. For wat now. Where do they expect me to get the money, should I go ***** to pay SABC. Is the SA law supporting this stupid Ness after this crucial time of covid. I don't think they were supposed to add any interest in this as I asked then to break the fee yo instalments
