Unbelievable day light ******* tv

Good day I am feeling so frastated now went to finance a TV yesterday just to find out that iam sitting with a balance of R8211.50 that is outstanding I never evens owned a TV or can't remember or got any bills or phone calls from sabc tv licence department. And all this time I was staying with my parents now that I decided to finance a TV and to take out tv license they put my deal on hold after approval. They even gave me an account number to *** please people I need someone to contact me urgently so that this can be sorted.
