Unacceptable systems and understanding

I have emigrated. I sent the SABC my foreign ID, my exit stamps etc. they came back to ask me for a inventory. I explained we have rented a fully finished home and took the Tv on the plane. We purchased extra baggage allowance for this. They kept writing to me to continue to ask for inventory list. I kept replying. After 5 mails they handed me over to the debit collector. I now have paid a TV license to SABC and I haven’t lived in South Africa for 10 months now and will not be returning. The only reason I paid was to stop the ridiculous onslaught of mails. I now have no idea how to cancel my SABC tv license
