TVLicence bad Dept

Since May 2017 VVM debt Collectors for the SABC Tv licence Department started phoning me informing me that my TV licence are in arrears with R1667.00 and every month interest are being added to this amount. For more that 5 months i struggled to justs get an email from VVM Debt collectors to send them proof of payment of my TV licence since 2008 up to 2017 and requesting them to send me a statement as to where the amount came from. on a monthly basis they keep on harassing me and they do not respond to the emails that I sent them requesting a statement so that i can see where this amount came from. On the SABC tv Licence complains i have also asked for statements and up to date have received non from both parties. Today i received a sms from SABC TV licences that I owe them R2098.90.

I want to pay my yearly TV licence but I know that if I do it electronically they are going to deducted the whole amount and I am only prepared to pay this years fees as I am not in arrears with my account PLease help me to resolve the matter.
