TV renewal noitces without owning a TV

I,C A Kruger do my mothers admin and finances since she is 91 and in a old age home Frail care. She does not have a TV for the last 5 yrs because she can't watch it. She keeps on receiving renewal notices despite various letters and mails to SABC from myself informing them she does'nt have a TV. The last e-mail was sent on 9 Jan 2016 and again this morning. I also paid R568.60 on 11 November 2015 to a credit management company for oustanding TV license fees because SABC never cancelled her license. I also have never received any reply from them regarding this.On 3 March I again received an sms saying she must pay her TV license.
