TV liscence

A couple of years ago I was engaged to someone and at the time my house was broken into and I had to live with his mother and sister at 16 Stag crescent Mitchell's Plain, unfortunately he dumped me at the alter for someone else.

Long story short.

Someone called from the TV liscence looking for Fatgiaah Abraham's cause she was in arrieas with her license on which I had advise that she's not home, the lady on the telephone then asked me for my ID number and stupidly gave it. Now that I wanted to buy a TV I was told that I owe money but I never owned a TV.

When I contacted the TV liscence department they told me i should get the ID number of the Fatgiaah Abraham's for them to check and have it sorted.

My question is how am I suppose to get and ID number of someone I hadn't spoken to since 2010 and now I'm labeled owing TV license, this is so unfair towards me as I need to get all the information which I cannot provide.

Please help cause I'm at a point of not knowing what to do I want my name cleared
