TV License SMSes

<p>Roughly a decade ago or so, a gentleman knocked at our door, at my mother's house. He asked for Tv licence papers, I informd the gentleman that my mother was at work. The guy confirmed by age (I was 18 or a bit older), he told me to sign the document, which I did. </p> <p> </p> <p>To my surprise years later I get smses stating that I am owing my tv licence and need to pay it. I have never purchased nor owned a tv licence in my life. And if you were to check on your record, the address listed on there is of my mother's house and not mine. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist with contacting me and advising on a platform onwhich I can have this mess sorted out and would hate to have my profile *****ed for a service I have never even received. And I refuse to pay for a services I have never received a day in my life. I have never purchased nor owned a TV.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I have a Tv of my own, I will be more than willing to pay the TV license until then, please help me sort this out URGENTLY.</p> <p> </p>
