TV license *******.

I am disgusted by this company.I have been unemployed since 2014 and have email,called Forwarded affidavits and unemployed letters from labour.Stating my current situation.I moved back home with my mom who pays TV license but year after year I get sms demanding me to pay collection fees.Off which I have stated that I can not afford it and now their a demanding R1033.where on earth I'm I going to get that money I'm frustrated please help as I don't know what else to do.
