TV License Payments and Harassment

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the handling of my TV license payments. Last year, I paid my TV license twice, totalling R800, because the department failed to recognize my initial payment despite providing proof from my bank. To date, I continue to receive harassing messages and emails regarding this matter. I have repeatedly requested a call from their department and even spoke with a debt collector who promised a follow-up, yet months have passed without any resolution. Instead, I am continually threatened and harassed with being listed. This situation is unacceptable. It is clear from numerous similar complaints that SABC lacks an effective operational structure, which urgently needs attention from the broadcasting commission. As a qualified accountant , i'd offer my service at a fee to assist them structure their department. I demand to know who is responsible for this harassment and the employment of an *********** finance team in such a large organization. I expect an immediate resolution to this matter and accountability for the poor service provided as i will resort to take legal action which i'll make sure all costs will be deferred
