Tv license payments
I bought a tv at Elleriens 5years ago on installments, I did not have tv license at that time and did not apply for tv license , but Elleriens helped me to get the tv, I never paid any tv license for the whole period I was paying the tv, and sold it when I finished paying the tv about 3 years ago , I didn't hear anything about any tv license for the entire time I had the tv , till now I don't have a tv license , and I don't even have a tv of my own , but I get phone calls and sms'e that states I ow almost R2000 in outstanding tv license fees , how can I ow on something that I never had ?
