TV License paid but interest still being charged

I have paid my TV license but SABC are now charging interest of R26.50 per month on interest and NuDebt Management are harassing me. They called me 3 times on Saturday morning at 8am and when I answered, I could hear background noise but no one spoke and then they put down.
