Tv License did a ***** they did unauthorized debit made from my bank account through NuDebt under someone else’s name.

I am extremely disappointed with TV license They debited money from my bank account through NUDebt (debt collectors) under someone else’s name, even though I do not have a TV licence. This is not the first time this has happened — the same issue occurred on 4 November last year.

When I contacted them previously, I was assured that my account had been placed on a “do not debit” list and that this would never happen again. Despite this assurance, they debited my account again.

This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Debiting a customer’s bank account without authorization, especially after promising that it would not happen again, shows a serious lack of accountability and poor customer service. I would not recommend dealing with a company that fails to resolve issues and repeats the same mistakes.
