TV License Department

I don't have a TV anymore. I've now send 8 mails to the SABC regarding my situation in order to stop or cancel my TV License. I can see that someone reads my mails, but no one ever respond to me. I really think it's ridiculous. But i can bet when it comes to the day i need to renew my license, they will probably be on my case and give me over if i don't pay. TV License - ********** 19
