tv license cancellation

i have requested my tv license to be cancelled as my tv <br> i sent through an affidavit but they keep requesting more and more stuff and never have my tv license cancelled.i need help to have this sorted .<br> Different call center agents give me different stories.<br> i have also advised them that when i buy a new tv i will renew this one <br>
