TV License cancelations

Cancellations department useless......Keep asking me for address of when I took out TV licence years ago........Surely they can check on system I cant remember .....I say I don't know ....they say they cant help me..... I ask her to phone me ....they keep saying they tried but I have no missed calls......Then you try and phone....number doesn't exists. Pathetic customer service. They are quick to want their money but slow to help you and deliver a service!!!!!!!
