Tv license and MBD are unprofessional

I have been receiving texts and phone calls from debt collectors acting on TV Licences behalf since 2014 when i was still a student. I informed them I have never owned a TV and that HI-Fi corp had informed me that an account was opened in my name and a TV was purchased *****uently. I faxed the documents as requested an the issue hasn't been resolved to date. I sent an email to TV license directly on the 20th last month and I am yet to receive a reply. Please sort this issue out just as speedly as HI-Fi did. MBD is ****** useless as their customer care rings unanswered and they too havent responded to my email.
