tv license account

please assist i am being harrased buy your lawyers requesting i make a payment of money i have no idea of as i have never take a tv or tv licence on my name,since 2010 my father has sent letters to sabc stating i dont have a tv and i was staying under his roof.problem is now am gonna be blacklisted for samthing i dont know off.am now recieving sms stating i need to pay R1755.00 and penalties of R1490.00 will be reversed by vvm on ***.i would like records or if you have documents of me taking the tv license i would like to see them becouse i dont remember signing for tv license.i need this attended as soon as possible.
