TV License

After several emails and correspondence to SABC TV License, I've decided to go to Hellopeter. We are battling with SABC for almost 4 years. My mother-in-law had a stroke in 2013, where after she come stayed with us. We have store her TV in a storage garage, because she didn't used her TV and watch with us. We have send several mails to SABC to stop her license while she stayed with us, with no luck even after a Affidavit. In 2015 she move to an old age home and she have started using her TV again and start to pay her license again. She have received an email stated that they, SABC, will hand her over to their Attorneys. What more must we do to get SABC to read their emails. I've send them an email on the 13st July 2017 with all the relevant documents and still they send her an email to confront her with the Attorneys. Before you start doing this, please get your own house in order. Her license number: ********** 73, EW van der Westhuizen. They MUST phone me, her son-in-law, Neels Marais at ********** 822. She becoming 81 this year. PLEASE HELP!!
