TV Licences admin on par with the banana republic SA

As so many people, received a TV licences threatening letter for outstanding moneys. The usual banana republic admin is address to 'Dear Occupant' which could be Jack or Jill living here a couple of decades ago. My tv licence donation (as their programs are **** and only government propaganda) is deducted on a monthly basis and reflects on the bank statement. Numerous attempts since 2017 to change the address, not to mention get a statement which is a legal right was ignored flat. My last statement (which was also a witch hunt to get it) dates back to 2016. Do those banana republic idiots even know who is living where? Am sure when your drive past a satellite dish infested township they don't even bother to hunt for their payment. As it always is in this banana republic, the witch hunt for taxes of all sorts is paid by those than have an address and can be found. As far it concerns me, the threats letter has converted into toilet paper.
