Tv licence payment done and no one help to sort it for me

I made a payment R344.40 with online banking using my id as ref instead of tv licence nr have send the proof a few times to sabc tv lic dep still showing not paid and the amount goes up every month and get harrast by mbd for the payment Payment was done 22.2.19 ref ********** 059085 can some one help me to allacate that payment to my tv lic nr seems to me the contact dep cant help or provide me a e mail adress that can respond to my request because tv licence one just ignore my e mails.
