TV Licence Payment

On the 21 July 2022 I made a payment to my wife account using the SABC TV licence PayNow option on the SABC website where I was asked for credit card details. Until today SABC is refusing to allocate my payment as tey want a Proof of Payment.

I went to the Bank and the Banl sent an email that they cannot offer a POP they an only give a bank statement that shows the payment and reference number. Now SABC is asking for bank detaisl used, how can I know that as the oayment was done on theore webiste and they should know which SABC Bank Account is linked to the SABC website and since I had to logi in first I believed the funds will be allocated directly.

The service I am getting is very frustrating.
