TV Licence Payment

<p>I have not owned a TV for some time now and I receive a letter telling me that I now have to pay a tv licence. When I had the TV I was paying for my TV licence not they have the nerve to ask me for payment. I think they should do their job to call people and find out if they still own a tv. If they did the job to actually check if people have a TV set instate of threating people it would be really a good idea.</p>
