Tv Licence paid

Hi, I made a payment of 848 on the 29 July 2025 to settle the outstanding amount and i also reached out to their call centre and i was advised to send pop of which i did. Now my account has been handed over to the attorneys, could you please allocate this money and remove my name from itc.
