TV licence "non payment"

Emailed the sabc to tell them about my situation and why I canot pay the tv licence anymore. Have paid tv licence since the inception of tv in this country and always in full and on time I am 85 years of age and and a resident in an old age home I receive a government old age grant,sassa, and the old age home takes this in full. I have nobody who I can turn too for assistance to help me.

The email I received from one was basically saying "pay up or else" When one looks at all the *******ion taking place in SOE's and all the muck being shown on the tv and the constant repeats over and over again one wonders why we even bother to have sabc. Thouht I was being honest in stating my case but the expect me to get an avidavit to say I no more own a tv etc. Perhaps if they ran the sabc as it should be run and honsetly the many thousands of people who should be paying would do so. I will not be paying this year and am willing to take whatever they decide to do. If the want to go after an old person let them do so.
