TV Licence nightmare.

It has been an absolute nightmare to get our SABC TV licence cancelled after it was fully paid up. We were told by e-mail letter that the account was closed and the licence cancelled, yet, when we checked weeks later on the TV Licence website, the account was still active and was billed for another year (R265). It seems impossible to get this account closed. Why only they will know.
