TV LICENCE HARRASSMENT.

On the 22nd of November 2017 my television went on the blink so i sent the SABC an Affidavit notifying them of this . Well a year ans 1 day later im still receiving hundreds of SMS and notifications from NU DEBT that i owe the SABC a licence fee. This escalates every time they phone or should i say harrass me. What dont these idiots not understand about not owning or for that matter needing a TV. With the absolute **** they show on TV why on earth would i want to buy a TV. How on earth do i get this to stop as it is now beyond annoying. The affidavit has now been sent to both Nu Debt and SABC at least a dozen times. It is just ignored??????????
