TV licence harassment

Keep getting constant phone calls from VVM attorneys to my work number regarding a TV licence I do not have. Receiving phone calls daily now, constantly being harassed, even after an email was sent to SABC and VVM regarding this issue. I have never had a TV licence, now all of a sudden I'm being contacted to pay some ridiculous amount that's come out of thin air! I've requested how my details ended up on SABC and VVM attorneys database and who opted for a TV licence in my name, but typically I do not get a response based on the ******* activity happening with personal information being shared without consent. When I speak to VVM and request that my details are removed from their database, then I get told that they don't have to and don't need my consent, since they received it from SABC. When I queried the email address and phone number linked to "my account", it does not even match my details.

So, I ask as a last resort, how is this legal and how can this be resolved since their is no professionalism from these ******* companies to resolve this? All I get told, in an arrogant manner, is to "just pay your bill"!

Please respond to my emails and stop contacting my work number which I have not provided anyone with!
