TV Licence general query

Worse experience ever. Aadil at call centre was rude obnoxious and was so loud and rude my ear hurt. Has absolutely no communication skills. When I asked to speak to his superior he dropped the call on me. Query not resolved. Aadil needs major training if he’s capable of being trained
