TV Licence comes after 17 years

It is rediculous that we need to put up with such harassment. I sent through a affidavit in 2006 that i do not have tv sold my tv in 2000 when i went overseas. My husband has been paying tv licence since we have been together and i get a bill for over 7000 to be paid and not getting any assistance from SABC or MBD. They are blaming each other that they are not getting feedback. I will do another affidavit and it will still not be sorted out. This is madness.
