TV licence collection incorrect

I had paid my TV licence on 19 December 2017, from the public beneficiary listing trough online banking. Now I have been handed over to VVM Attorney's for debt collection and have been receiving calls since Friday 15 March 2018. I have sent the proof of payment to the email account supp**** by the attorneys on both the 19 March 2018 and 20 March 2018, however they seem to not receive this. They have started phoning family members ( I am unsure where they even received their contact details) to contact me in regards to this supposed arrears account.
