TV Licence Cancellation: Incompetence & Harassment

I e-mailed all the documents required for cancellation of my TV licence to [Email Removed] on 29.11.2015 and requested confirmation of cancellation. That I didn't get. Instead I got one SMS after another urging me to pay my outstanding TV licence. I e-mailed the same address on 14 December 2015, repeating my request, but instead continue to get one SMS after another urging me to pay my outstanding TV licence. <br> If a police affadavit and proof of my imminent emigration (hooray for me!) are not enough proof for the SABC to cancel my TV Licence, then I will be more than willing to send additional proof in the form of saliva and stool samples.<br> I don't care about the obvious incompetence within the SABC TV Licence department.<br> I do care that these SMSs amount to harassment.
