TV licence cancellation - immigrated but being harassed

I immigrated overseas in 2018 and I keep receiving emails saying to pay my tv licence. I have written to sabc to inform them that I have immigrated but I still keep receiving emails for payment. Really don't understand why one must be continuously harassed by the SABC.
