TV licence and i have no tv. Keep sending me sms calls for other peoples tv licence.

SABC still contacts me about a tv licence . I e mail them phoned them many times that I do not have a tv. They must stop contacting me about other peoples tv licence of a Mrs Nieuwoudt. I am Mrs Kuhn and has nothing to do with Mrs Nieuwoudts tv Licence. My number is ********** 547. They must delete my number from there system as I am not going to pay for somebody else tv licence. I block their number as spam. Then they use another number. I will block all incoming calls from TV licence as previously said that I have no tv. Is that so difficult to understand.
