TV Licence

Receiving SMS for an outstanding TV licence proclaimed not to be paid. I am not a home owner or own a TV for at least 10 years now. No invoices previously received and yet i am told that i owe money for a TV licence that i am not aware of. I don't need a TV licence. i have been threatened to be black listed or imprisoned if the amount is not paid asap. I want the sms's to stop and i refuse to pay for a licence that i haven't paid for before.
