TV Licence
I have not owned a TV since my divorce in 1996 and no matter how many times I have tried to tell these people I dont own a TV they keep on sending me a bill that has now run up to R7698.40. Ridicullious!!! How do you get it in their heads that it is possible to go through life without a TV??? They only show **** in any case so who in their right mind wants to watch SABC???
