Tv licence

On the 3rd I got a Threatening letter from SABC that my tv license account is in arrear and that i have 10 Days to pay after the date 3/06/2021 I have received the letter, i rep**** with an e-mail asking why a letter to just be rude why have they not send me a letter to remind me, this morning 3 days later I get a new account the new amount is now R291.50. No name no explanation nothing, how rude is that to people that is actually paying their tv licenses really. And I have tried to pay the account online on Friday but no OPT was send to me so really, what happened to customer services
