Trying to deal with harassment from ex-wife and SABC at the same time!

I totally lost my cool with the SABC customer services now. I actually feel a bit bad, but we just cannot take it any longer! My husband moved out from his Wynberg house on 6 December 2009. Yes - more than 7 years ago! We have been living together at the same address in Stellenryk since October 2010, with one TV set for which I pay the licence every year. His ex-wife decided for some weird reason to stop paying the TV licence for the Wynberg house, in which she lived alone since December 2009 and where I am sure she is enjoying her TV. Year after year after year we phoned the SABC to tell them that they must please stop sending him the invoice for the Wynberg house. We were sent around the bush how many times. We sent the divorce order. We sent proof of his new address. I sent proof that the licence for our current address is paid every year. Lo and behold - they managed to send him the same invoice AGAIN! Really? This is bordering on harassment now. Surely it cannot take them 7 years to just send out and inspector to each address, check how many TVs there are and check whether each licence is paid? Instead we are bothered over and over again by pen-pushing customer services people who cannot figure out how to solve a really easy problem. We are at our wits end . This is why people hate the SABC!
