Transactions says failed but money deducted from account anyway

I tried making the online payment as per the website. I had to try 2ce as it kept saying that the transaction failed. However, when I checked my bank the payment was deducted 2ce. now I have to pay the bank fees to cancel the transactions and it was not even a fault from my side. I need this to be corrected IMMEDIATELY
