Totally disgusted!!

<p>I have a huge problem with your company!!!!!! </p> <p>In 2015 I sent you a lengthy email, explaining that I am married and I no longer need my TV license as my husband has one!! I mean, how ridiculous is it for me and my husband to have a TV license when we live under the same roof!!!!! Seriously, this is not rocket science! I haven’t heard anything from you for 4 years, and now all of a sudden I receive an SMS threatening legal action against me!!!!! This is totally absurd!!!!!!!!!!!! I want this resolved and I want an apology from you! I spoke to Nomvala at VVM debt collectors and explained my story to her. She was not at all helpful. You guys had better sort this out immediately!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
