Threats from Sabc tv licence department

I try to cancel my TV licence after I sold my apartment. I give my TV to my daughter who has her own tv licence. I contact them via telehone as well as sent several emails. In the end I sent them an avidavit on their request declaring the donation of the TV to my daughter. I still get threatening emails from them that if I do not pay action will be taken against me.
