Threatening Letter

<p>some months ago i wanted to buy a new tv for someone from a computer reseller.. i could not buy the TV unless i have a "SABC dealer license".. i went online to apply for the dealer license but had endless trouble with the registration keep failing and eventually ended up with ID already taken.. i never got anywhere with the dealer license so i never bought the TV from the reseller... now months later im being harassed with threatening letters which i cannot get rid of. i phoned SABC and they cannot help unless i pay alot of penalties and i have to go to the police station to get an affidavid.. PLEASE CANCEL THIS AS I DIDNT BUY ANY TV AS MY APPLICATION WAS NEVER SUCCESSFUL!!! TV licence number ********** 35</p>
