Threatening behaviour

Hello, My wife, Celia Viljoen, is, likewise, haunted by the SABC, who charges her with not having paid her TV license (It was taken out in her name, not mine) and threatening her with legal action. We have sent them PROOF that we have paid our TV license for the year 2017, but still the "non payment" notices on her mobile phone continues. If they are so certain that we have not paid our license, why continue with threats of legal action?? Why don't they put their money where their mouth is and take legal action! We have the proof that we have paid. In the meantime it is this constant harassment on my wife's mobile phone that is now really beginning to ANNOY me!! Respectfully yours, Mr. Mayan Viljoen
