Threatened but impossible to pay!

<p>I am so sick of receiving agressive text messages threatening legal action against me, when I cannot cancel my TV licence AND cannot even make the outstanding payment via the channels you advise.</p> <p>FIRST I tried to make a payment via the debit/credit card option on the PayMyTv website, but the link doesn't work. THEN I tried to set up a debit order, but it never went off on the date I selected. THEN I got the card payment link to work, but after putting in my card details, nothing happened; the page just hangs. Now I've handed over card details and don't know where they've gone to. </p> <p> </p> <p>I insist SABC contact me to sort this out. I want to make the outstanding payment and cancel my TV licence. I don't even use the licence anymore because your offering is so pathetic.</p>
