This is what I get for paying my TV license

Good morning

I've made a payment yesterday on the 06th of September, via your website the money came off my account, but the TV license account is not reflecting, I tried calling your call center @ 8:10am but they voice recording told me to call during business hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, then I tried calling your switch board now currently on hold for 20 minutes+.

If this is what I get for paying my TV license, then maybe I should reconsider.
