They Suc****!

So my mother passed away in December and I haven't paid my TV licence in December the amount of R265.00, instead I made a payment at the end of January 2017 and made a payment via my banking app to their FNB account the amount of R291.50. So now they're sending me mails claiming that I owe them R795.00. This is really poor service and cheathing people out of their hard earned cash. ****** *******s.
